Shipping is included in the price for all orders greater than $50 Cdn./$40 US.
All items are shipped from a secure warehouse facility in Montreal, Quebec.
In Canada:
Canada Post ‘Expedited Parcel’ service is used. This has delivery times of 1-3 business days in neighbouring provinces, and 3-7 business days for longer distances
In The United States:
Delivery is ground service via the United States Postal Service (USPS)
Service is either the ‘Small Packets’ service, or the Expedited Parcel – USA – as determined by the shipping weight of the package.
The purchaser is responsible for any & all duties, taxes or other levies that may be determined by the US Customs service. Electroline is not responsible for any delays that may occur as a result of border inspection procedures or practices.
If the item is unclaimed, refused, or otherwise undeliverable, the purchaser will be subject to a nominal fee to recover shipping & handling expenses.
Insurance is included on all deliveries.
Return Material Authorization:
To return items under this warranty, or the 30 day Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee, contact Electroline via e-mail at returns@dropamp.com
You will be provided with a Return Material Authorization number, and shipping instructions.
Electroline will accept no equipment without such prior authorization and shipping instructions.
Cable accessories:
These items are not subject to any warranty or customer satisfaction guarantees, and will not be accepted for returns or refunds |
