I have a large house in an area with weak signal transmission (or so the cable company says). Ever since they went digital I've had problems with pixelation, poor picture quality, and dropped internet connections. The cable company never offered any solutions for the weak signal so I started looking for myself. Nothing I tried worked until I bought the FT08100. I thought it was pretty expensive but it was my last hope before moving to satelite, which has its own set of problems. Immediately upon installation, all my problems evaporated. Now I have great picture quality, no pixelation, and no loss of internet signal. I can even split my cable for internet and TV in the same room; something that hasn't worked since I got digital. Yes it's expensive, but I have no regrets.
