Shipping Information

Shipping is included in the price for all orders. For orders less than $20 US before taxes ($22.22 CAD), a Minimum Order Fee of $20 US ($22.22 CAD) will apply.

All items are shipped from a secure warehouse facility in Montreal, Quebec.

In response to customer requests, an optional Overnight delivery service is available for a $20(US) fee.

In the checkout process, simply click on the 'Table rate' button to active this option.

This upgrade fee is subject to applicable taxes. US customers please note that customs clearance typically adds a day or two to the delivery time.


For delivery we use UPS Ground Service.

In Canada: This has delivery times of 1-3 business days in neighbouring provinces, and 3-7 business days for longer distances.

In The United States: Delivery is generally 3-8 business days depending on the location.

Orders recieved by 12:00 noon Eastern Time are generally shipped the same day.




Warranty info

***SPECIAL NOTICE ***

The warranty below applies only to customers who purchased their amplifier product directly from Electroline. For all other purchases, you should seek warranty information from the re-seller from whom you purchased the product.

(a) Products manufactured by Supplier: Each standard catalog product manufactured by Supplier is warranted to conform to currently published specifications and to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Products manufactured by Supplier to Buyer's specifications are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship and shall be deemed conforming if they conform either to all written specifications made part of the contract or to a sample or copies submitted or approved by Buyer. The foregoing warranties are not applicable to the products described in sub-paragraph (b) below entitled "Products manufactured by others". Buyers receipt of any material delivered hereunder shall be an unqualified acceptance of, and a waiver by Buyer of any and all claims with respect to, such material unless Buyer gives Supplier notice of claim in writing within fifteen (15) days after such receipt. However, with respect to defects not discoverable upon reasonable inspection upon receipt, claim may be made within ten (10) days after Buyer discovers or should have discovered the defect, provided such claim is made in writing within 365 days of shipment of the product in question from Supplier's plant, as indicated by "Ship Date" field of the pertinent invoice. For Amplifier products this period is five (5) years from when the product underwent final test and inspection by the Supplier as indicated by the date shown on the label affixed to the back of the Amplifier. Supplier's liability for breach of warranty hereunder is limited to repair or replacement, as the case may be, of defective parts returned to Supplier or facility designated by Supplier, Buyer to bear cost of all transportation; provided, however, Supplier may at its option elect to correct such defects by sending its representative, at Supplier's expense, to make on-site corrections. Replacement parts or components may differ from the original provided they permit proper performance of the product when installed and no other part or component thereof is defective.

EQUIPMENT DAMAGED BY MISUSE OR ABNORMAL CONDITIONS OF OPERATION SHALL BE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. SUPPLIER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS OF PROFITS.

SINCE SUPPLIER HAS NO CONTROL OVER CONDITIONS OF USE, NO WARRANTY IS MADE OR IMPLIED AS TO SUITABILITY FOR BUYER'S INTENDED USE BEYOND SUCH PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS AS ARE MADE A PART OF THE PURCHASE ORDER. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY SHALL NOT BE MODIFIED EXCEPT BY WRITTEN AMENDMENT OF THIS AGREEMENT.

(b) Products manufactured by others: Carry the manufacturer's warranty and in the event of a failure within the stated warranty period, claims should be handled through Supplier in accordance with instructions packed with the equipment. Cable and other items not made an integral part of equipment of Supplier's manufacture shall carry the original manufacturer's warranty. For warranty information on a specific product, a request should be made to Supplier in writing.

(c) Return Material Authorization: To return material under this warranty, contact Supplier at 1-514-374-6335 to request a return material authorization and shipping instructions. Supplier will accept no equipment without such prior authorization and shipping instructions.


30 Day Unconditional Guarantee


As part of our Customer satisfaction approach, Electroline DROPAmp products are UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEED FOR 30 DAYS.

This period commences 10 days after the shipping date, to allow adequate time for delivery.

When installed according to the ‘Installation Instructions' provided with the unit, the DROPAmp has an immediate "signal amplification" effect. There is no waiting or "break-in period", or any programming - you should see the difference as soon as your unit is connected.

We provide this additional guarantee period so that you can enjoy your improved TV picture across a range of viewing conditions, such as ambient light in the room, viewing different channels & programming (sports,news, movies, regular TV, etc.) and under different signal types (i.e. HD, Standard TV etc.).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will return your entire purchase price (amounts paid to Electroline) for the DROPAmp unit.

(US purchasers will be required to seek a refund for any customs and/or excise duties collected by the US government or any of its agencies)

These items are not subject to any warranty or customer satisfaction guarantees, and will not be accepted for returns or refunds
